#MeToo at Work

When it comes to my personal life, I have openly talked about the many ways in which I can say #MeToo. I can not say the same about my work life. My reason — the fear of further being victimized. My pain inside was something private, only I could see. By speaking out, I feared how engaging in public discourse over such a private matter could damage my career. When sexual harassment and assault happens in the workplace to whatever degree, it arouses feelings of blame, vulnerability, and shame.
